PEOPLE FOCUSED APPROACH - Click on me

We treat all our clients and their families with dignity, compassion, genuine care and respect. We understand that our clients often lose their independence when they enter this stage of care, which puts their dignity at risk, and we aim to re- frame this thought process into one that allows us to comfort and pamper. Person-centred care means that we are focused on their wishes and treating them with compassion and empathy

SUPPORT FOR EVERYONE & WE MEAN EVERYONE - CLICK ON ME

We have experience with individuals, couples, large families & extra large families. We have supported those who are religious, those who are not, those who are spiritual, or have specific cultural rites and those who are agnostic. The process of death and dying places tremendous stress on families, we acknowledge the complexities and are there to provide information and tools to make the path a little smoother.

SAFE SPACES FOR REFLECTION & NATURAL FEELINGS OF FEAR - CLICK ON ME

We know first words are difficult especially when they form conversations that say goodbye. Reflection can often create feelings of joy & happiness, guilt & shame, worry & anxiety and everything in between. Often we host conversations about lives unlived, loved unloved, or incomplete circles that require completing. It all starts with a stranger to share their journey with. We offer that - non judgmental space to truly emote rawly.

PLANNING FOR ALL TRANSITIONS & CELEBRATIONS - CLICK ON ME

From letting go ceremonies, to family circles and life celebrations, we can help with it all. Want to hold a naming ceremony for your angel baby who joined heaven before reaching earth, we can definitely help! Want to hold a coming of age ceremony with your children so their dad can be part of it before his final transition? We have you covered. Big or small, we know how to help you honor your loved ones in ways that preserve their memory and honor their existence.
